Chargepoly expands its ranks to support growth

Ultra-fast electric charging solutions specialist Chargepoly has added eleven new employees to its workforce over the last four months. Around ten new hires are currently underway, with the aim of reaching a hundred talents by 2027.

Chargepoly is recruiting. The specialist in ultra-fast charging solutions based in Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) is currently conducting a dynamic recruitment campaign to attract new talent to its workforce. The aim is to support the strong growth of the company, which specializes in the manufacture and installation of ultra-fast electric charging stations for the transport and logistics sector. Since its 15 million euro fund-raising round, announced in October, Chargepoly has welcomed eleven new employees: IT and product engineers, to continue perfecting its electric charging stations, project engineers, to install them, and sales engineers, to cover the whole of France, from the South to the North, including the Ile-de-France region. Three new recruits are also expected at the beginning of March, bringing the total number of employees to thirty-two, compared with twenty-four months ago.

Around ten positions currently available

In line with this growth dynamic, a dozen positions are currently available: developers, business managers, technical and product support engineers… Chargepoly is looking for profiles with successful professional experience, ideally with a specialization in IRVE (Infrastructure de Recharge de Véhicule Électrique). To guarantee equal opportunities and gender equality in the workplace, the pure player in fast charging for electric vehicle fleets signed the French Tech Pacte Parité at the beginning of the year. Chargepoly relies on several arguments to attract young talent: a pleasant working environment, located at the Technopôle de l’Environnement in Aix-en-Provence in the middle of a Provencal Forest, the 4th CleanTech in the world, career development prospects, and a flex office that considers the work/life balance of its future employees. In all, the start-up plans to recruit around a hundred people over the next four years.
