CHARGEPOLY REFERENCED BY VOLVO TRUCKS FRANCE FOR EQUIPPING ITS CUSTOMERS WITH CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURES

Volvo Trucks references Chargepoly among its partners for the design, deployment, and operation of charging stations intended for electric heavy goods vehicles. This referencing allows carriers using Volvo trucks to benefit from specialized support and a reliable infrastructure, designed to meet the requirements of goods transport.

Turnkey Support for Carriers

With the rise of electric trucks, the issue of charging infrastructure becomes a strategic challenge for transport companies. Chargepoly provides a suitable response by combining in-depth industry expertise and technical solutions specially developed for heavy vehicles.

As a referenced provider, Chargepoly will ensure:

  • The 360° design of the charging station, integrating the transport plan of the electric fleet, the technical constraints of the site, regulatory provisions, and available subsidies;
  • The connection to the network and the installation of charging stations on the carriers’ sites with a single point of contact;
  • The operation of the station to guarantee maximum availability of the infrastructures at a reduced charging cost.

Infrastructures Designed for Road Transport

Infrastructures designed for road transport. The solutions developed by Chargepoly combine power (up to 400 kW), flexibility, and durability. The modular architecture with satellites allows for a progressive increase in power, while optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) and minimizing the footprint. Designed for easy repairability and displaying an availability rate of 99.2%, our stations guarantee optimal reliability. Furthermore, the Lucie supervision platform offers carriers real-time visibility into their charging activity, with advanced diagnostic and predictive maintenance tools.

A Partnership to Accelerate the Electrification of Transport

This collaboration is part of a broader dynamic of energy transition in the sector. By providing reliable and scalable solutions, Chargepoly and Volvo Trucks France contribute to removing a major obstacle to the adoption of electric heavy goods vehicles: access to efficient charging adapted to the needs of carriers.

“The electrification of road transport requires a charging infrastructure adapted to the needs of carriers. By partnering with Chargepoly, we enable our customers to benefit from expert support and proven solutions to accelerate their energy transition,” explains Thomas Gay, Charging Offer Manager at Volvo Trucks France.

“Being referenced by Volvo Trucks France is an important mark of confidence from a manufacturer long committed to the electrification of transport and logistics players. We already work with many Volvo Trucks customers, and this partnership will further strengthen our collaboration to offer first-class support and interoperable solutions in the long term,” declares Thomas Vanquaethem, Deputy General Manager of Chargepoly.
